GENTRY -- Leslie Anne Root, infant daughter of Raymond Root Jr. and Sherry Jean Hubbard Root of Gentry, was born and died April 4, 2004, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rogers.
Survivors include her parents of the home; paternal grandparents, Michael K. and Judy M. Strouse of Gentry; maternal grandparents, Jerry D. and Myrna J. Hubbard of Centerton.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. today at Coffelt Cemetery near Vaughn. Randy Roughton will officiate.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home in Siloam Springs.
