Rogers Democrat
Thursday September 23, 1915
GARRETT, Mrs. David - (from Cave Springs) Mrs. David Garrett was kicked Wednesday by a horse that was feeding on the lawn. Mrs. Garrett attempted to run it away from the trees and it came toward her and whirled and landed its feet in her abdomen. She suffered untold agonies until her death the following day. She was interred in the Little Flock cemetery near Rogers.
