John W. Ennis, 79, of Rogers died Saturday in Bates Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 14, 1898 in Van Buren County. He was a resident of Rogers for the past year. He was a member of the Pentecostal Church of God.
He is survived by his wife Susie E. Ennis of the home; two sons, Donald W. Ennis of Bentonville and Kenneth Ennis of Andrews AFB in Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Fannie Sullivan of Medford, Ore., and Miss Essie Ennis of Gentry; seven grand-children and seven great-grandchildren.
Funeral services are set at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Wasson Memorial Chapel in Siloam Springs. Burial will be in the Springtown Cemetery under the direction of Wasson Funeral Home.
