Mark W BONE

Havana Cemetery
Yell County,
Arkansas

1837-1862

The Havana City Cemetery had its beginning when Mark W Bone and Thomas Benton Bone were bushwhacked at the spot where they were later buried while returning from their service in the Confederate States of America during the Civil War. They were less than ten miles from their home when the two brothers were murdered and their bodies left on the ground.
