Louise Pamplin, 79, of Hamburg died Monday, December 2, 2002, at the Ashley County Medical Center. She was a lifelong resident of Hamburg, a homemaker and member of
Survivors include five sons, James Pamplin, Roger Pamplin and Wayne Pamplin, all of Hamburg, Robert Pamplin of Fountain Hill and William Pamplin of Crossett; three daughters, Mary Helen Richardson of Hamburg, Earline Tabor of Labadville, LA, and Betty Sue Ward of Hope; two sisters, Hattie Mae Barnett of Crossett and Pauline Hammock of Monticello; 28 grandchildren and 58 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Houston Pamplin; one son, Johnny Frank Pamplin; her parents, Lee and Minnie Mae Gregory; and two brothers, Leroy and Jessie Gregory.
Funeral services were planned for Wednesday, December 4, at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Cromwell Funeral Home of Hamburg with Rev. Shane Brunner officiating. Pallbearers were to be Bill Pamplin, William Pamplin, Johnny Pamplin, Jesse Pamplin, Robbie Pamplin and John Pamplin. Honorary pallbearers were to be Houston Pamplin, J.R. Bergeron, Jared Pamplin and Luke Pamplin. Burial will be at Carlock Cemetery
