Alan Daniel Stamper, son of Al Stamper and Grace Lillian Krause Stamper, was born July 18, 1974 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He departed this life on November 3, 2009 in Stone County at the age of 35 years, 3 months and 16 days.

Alan leaves to mourn his passing; one daughter, Gracie Golden Stamper and her mother; Gretchen Sanders Stamper; his parents, Al and Grace Stamper of Pineville; two brothers, David Stamper of St. Louis and Duane Stamper of Conway; one sister, Lara Khomami and husband Bamin of Knoxville, Tennessee; his special friend, Mister Foster of Calico Rock and a host of other relatives and many good friend. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather; Dana Stamper and his paternal great-grandmother; Ruth Smith Stamper.

Funeral services were November 8 at Trimble Campground Cumberland Presbyterian Church in Dolph with Jamey Cowgill officiating. Burial was at Trimble Campground Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.
