HINDSVILLE — Denis Dean Eyerly, 52, of Hindsville died Jan. 11, 2004, at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born May 3, 1951, in Salem, Ore., to Donald and Dorothy Nichols Eyerly. He was a construction worker and attended Living Faith Pentecostal Church of God. He was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War.
Survivors include his wife, Sharon Qualls Eyerly of the home; two sons, Denis Eyerly Jr. and Michael Eyerly, both of Las Vegas, Nev; two daughters, Nancy Sanders of South Carolina and Michelle Williams of Hindsville; one brother, David Eyerly of Clearlake Oaks, Calif.; four sisters, Linda Qualls and Terry Canaday, both of Hindsville, Nancy Walkup of Yuma, Ariz., and Doreen Hogue of Bend, Ore; two stepdaughters, Jennifer Drain of Fayetteville and Diane Blevins of Hindsville; 15 grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Living Faith Pentecostal Church of Cod in Fayetteville. Burial will be in Burkshed Cemetery in Huntsville.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday at Moore's Chapel in Fayetteville with family present.
