Junius B. Stephens, Jr., age 73 of Violet Hill passed away December 21, 1993 in the Fulton County Hospital. He was retired from the United States Navy having served in World War II and of the Methodist faith. He is survived by his wife Mary Ruth Cline Stephens of the home, one son, Jimmy Stephens of Pallmetto, Florida; two daughters, Betty Ann Quillen of Clearwater, Florida; and Linda Saliors of Fall City, Nebraska; one brother, Lee Stephens of Kennwich, Washington; two sisters, Lou Annice Johnson of Winter Haven, Florida and Gladys Culverson of Lawrence, South Carolina; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Funeral services were December 27, 1993 in the Crouch Chapel in Melbourne with Brother Marion Shepherd officiating. Burial was in the Forrest Chapel Cemetery in Violet Hill with arrangements by Crouch Funeral Home of Melbourne. Pallbearers were Leon Turpin, Doyle Weaver, Ronnie Walker, Tommy Wammack, Danny Wortham and William Mathis. See Military Stone
