He was retired from Whirlpool, a veteran of the U.S. Navy and the Korean War and a member of the Church of Christ. He is survived by his wife, Freida Parish of thehome; one daughter, Kathy Spillman of Wilmington, Delaware; two sons, Bill Parish of Mansfield and Danny Parish of Senatobia, Mississippi; his father, Homer Parish of Waldron; one sister, Jane Robinson of Morrilton, Arkansas; three brothers, John L. Parish of Waldron, Steve Parish and Jack Parish both of Mansfield and two grandchildren, Sarah Parish and Audra Spillman.
