J W Boyett, 81 year old resident of DeAnn, died at his home at 10 am Tuesday, after a week's illness.
He had been a resident of the DeAnn community for 60 years.
Funeral services were to be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at White Oak Grove church, with burial to follow in White OaK Grove cemetery.
Surviving are three sons, E.M. Boyett, S.H. Boyett, and L.H. Boyett, all of Stamps; three daughters, Mrs Willie Roberts of Washington, Mrs L.E. Aslin of Hope, and Mrs J.E. Llaton of Nashville; and several grand children.
