CASSVILE, Mo. — Virginia Mae Moon Maloney of Cassville died Dec. 30, 2007, at her home. She was born in Garfield to Eugene and Juanita Moon.

She was a graduate of Rogers High School. She married William "Bill" Maloney, on July 3, 1951. They moved to Cassville in 1977. She worked at Fasco in Cassville for 15 years. She enjoyed gardening, embroidery and oil painting.

Survivors include her husband, Bill Maloney; one brother, Bill Moon of Redding, Calif.; four daughters, Teresa Boston and husband Clark of Willow, Alaska, Nancy Riley and husband Terry of Hallsville, Mo., Becky Lawson of Cassville and Sara Maloney of Seligman, Mo.; one son, William T. Maloney of Pacifica, Calif.; 18 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Services were Jan. 3 at Fobn Funeral Home in Cassville with the Rev. Bob Neeley officiating. Burial was in Reddick Cemetery at Garfield.
