Delbert Skinner, 83 of Quitman went to be with the Lord Tuesday, January 3, 2012. He was born January 5, 1928 in Quitman, AR to the late James Roy Skinner and Myrtle Virginia Hardy Skinner. He was a retired, Carpenter, Plumber and a man of many talents and a member of Sulphur Springs Missionary Baptist Church.

He is survived by four daughters, Jeanette Colclasure and husband Gerald of Carlisle, Judy Reynolds and husband, Tim of Marshall, Marilyn Brock and husband Erwin of Quitman and Brenda Burroughs and husband Keith of Quitman, eleven grandchildren and twenty one great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his wife of sixty-three years, Menta Faye Skinner.
