Bentonville, Ark. March 19. - Daniel H. Kizer, a prisoner in the Benton county jail, this morning severed his throat with a razor in his cell and died a short time thereafter. No reason is known for the act. Kizer, who is a son of J. Kizer of Osage Mills, was charged with assault and battery but the sheriff said today one of these charges was to have been dismissed, probably today. Kizer was 32 years of age and registered under the draft law in Oklahoma and had been placed in Class One-A.
