Eligah Burch, 77, of 608 W. Sharp St. died Tuesday in a local hospital. Born in Farmerville, La., Aug. 10, 1892, he was the son of Willie and Martha Burch. He was a member of Mount Union Baptist Church. He is survived by a son, Albert Burch, Calion, nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Mt. Union Baptist Church in Junction City with the Rev. W. L. Dunn officiating. Burial will follow in Community Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary. (El Dorado Times - March 28, 1970)
