FAYETTEVILLE — Tashi Annette Jan-Vier Pugh, 16, of Fayetteville died May 24, 2004, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville.
She was born Dec. 31, 1987, in Fayetteville to Quinton Pugh and Rhonda Thompson.
She attended Fayetteville High School.
Survivors include her father and mother of Fayetteville, three sisters, Latoya Thompson, Cheries Pugh and Lyric Pugh, all of Fayetteville; her grandmother, Brenda Thompson; a great-grandfather, Willie C. Buchanan of Fayetteville.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville with the Rev. Daniel Hilton officiating. Burial will be in Oak Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Darren Buchanan, Corey Willis, Willie Buchanan, Francisco Menova, Kirk Deffebaugh and Lawrence Blackburn. Honorary pallbearers will be Kodie Starks, Trey Foster, Casey Blackburn and Dexter Jenkins.
Visitation will be from 4 p.m to 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
