FAYETTEVILLE — Kenneth "Dado" Mahone, 79, of Fayetteville died April 14, 2008, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, Minn. He was born March 22, 1938, in Alma to Aaron Mahone and Okie Mae Adams-Perry Mahone.
He had been employed by FayetteVille Glass Co. for many years.
Survivors include two sons, Kenneth Mahone Jr. and Raymond Mahone, both of Fayetteville; seven daughters, Sheryl Jordan, Ann VanBuren, Polly Mahone, Ruthie Redden, Lettie Mahone, Judy Mahone and Kim Ford, all of Fayetteville; a brother, John Mahone of California; two sisters, Regina Johnson of Fayetteville and Martha Mathews of California, and numerous grandchildren.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Beard's Funeral Chapel in Fayetteville with Steve West officiating. Burial will be in Oak Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
