James Otto Joe Dale Frey, son of the late James Rudolph Frey and Dorothy Tilton of Brockwell, was born August 26, 1959 in Bakersfield, California. He departed this life on January 27, 2009 in Batesville, Arkansas at the age of 49 years, 5 months and 1 day. He was united in marriage to Ruth Charlene Waldrip.
He is survived by his wife, Ruth Frey of Odessa, Texas; his mother Dorothy Tilton of Brockwell; three brothers; William Kenneth Wayne Frey of Brockwell, Fredrick Victor Joel Frey of Ozark Acres and Christopher John Frey of Jonesboro; two sisters, Dorothy Lorene (Dorene) Patscheck of Mt. Pleasant and Tara Jeanne Frey of Illinois. He was preceded by his father; one brother; Robert Frey and his maternal and paternal grandparents.
A memorial service was held Sunday, February 1, 2009 at the Roman & Billy Howard Memorial Chapel in Melbourne with Bruce Johnson officiating.
