Naomi Ruth Medlock 71 of Alma, Arkansas, born May 19, 1940 in Mulberry, Arkansas.
She went to be with her Lord Jesus Christ, on November 2, 2011 in a local hospital.
She was a graduate of Mulberry High School; she earned her business degree from Mountainview College in Dallas, Texas and was a graduate of Faith Baptist Institute in Monroe, Louisiana. She worked as Director of Operations for Golden West Broadcaster in Dallas, Texas and she also worked as a real estate broker as well as in marketing. She traveled extensively and lived abroad for several years in places such as Vietnam, the Philippine Islands, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, Iran, Spain & Italy. She visited all but four states in the United States in her life time. She was of the Non-Denomination faith.
She was preceded in death by both parents, Rev. John E. & Elva Ellen (Boen) Medlock; four sisters, Freda Adams, Ann Gabbert, Evelyn Ehlenfeldt, Mary Hood; five brothers, Joe, J.E., Jimmy, Jerry & Robert Medlock.
She is survived by one daughter, Jana Deniese Munoz & husband Raymond of Grand Prairie, Texas; one brother, Jerald Medlock & wife, Joan Kay of Altus; two granddaughters, Bethany Lauren Munoz of Corvallis, Oregon & Kayla Christine Munoz of Grand Prairie, Texas.
Funeral services will be held Saturday November 5th 2011 at 2:00pm at Ocker Chapel of Alma. Burial will be at New Cemetery in Mulberry.
Pallbearers will be: Jerald Medlock, Jeff Hight, Logan Hight, Scott Jackson, Marty Belcher, Blake Belcher, Bruce Parker
