Thomas Theodore McBride, 67, died at 6:15 p.m. Wednesday at Bates Memorial Hospital in Bentonville.
Born Nov. 25, 1907 at Garfield, he was a retired electrician, a member of the Garfield Church of Christ and a member of the Mt. Vernon Lodge 428 of Pea Ridge.
He was survived by his wife Bertha of the home; four sons, James of Davenport, Iowa, and John, William and Bryan, all of Wichita, Kan.; four daughters, Dorothy McBride of Des Moines, Iowa, Ruth Cook of Rt. 2 Garfield, and Mary Williams and Margaret DeGross. both of Rt. 1 Seligman; two brothers, J.G. of Rt. 1 Garfield and Clarence of Arvenal, Calif; two sisters, Nelva Yokum of Garfield and Greta Martin of Denniston, Tex.; and 11 grandchildren.
Services are set for 2 p.m. Saturday at the Church of Christ of Garfield with Walter Courtright officiating. Burial will be at Reddick Cemetery in Garfield by Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge,

GARFIELD - Bertha Avis McBride, 83, of Garfield died July 20, 1995, at Heritage Park Nursing Center. She was born Feb. 10, 1912, to William Williams and Melissa Morrison Williams. She lived in the Garfield and Gateway area all her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Seligman (Mo.) Church of Christ. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ted McBride; one son, Bryan McBride; one brother, Austin Williams, and one sister, Lucy Rayon.
Survivors include three sons, James McBride of Davenport, Iowa, John McBride of Wichita, Kan., and Bill McBride of Albuquerque, N.M.; four daughters, Dorothy McBride of Des Moines, Iowa, Ruth Danner of Washburn, Mo., Mary Williams of Garfield and Margaret Crawford of Locust Grove, Okla.; one brother, Ora Williams of Rogers; two sisters, Nora Snoderly and Clora Williams, both of Garfield; 15 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday at Sisco Funeral Home of Pea Ridge. Burial will be in Ruddick Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
