Mrs. Elsie E. Moncrief, 70, of Cabot, sister of Hubert Ramsey and Ethel White, both of Vilonia, died Thursday (April 22, 1993) at Rebsamen Regional Medical Center in Jacksonville.
:Born Oct. 10, 1922, in Vilonia, a daghter of the late John Ramsey and Verna Haynie Ramsey, she was a :homemaker and a Baptist. She was the widow of WilIiam Moncrief.

Other survivors are a son, Bob Moncrief of Columbus, Ohio; a daughter, Judy Lanehart of Little Rock; and nine grandchildren.
:Graveside services were yesterday at Cypress Valley Cemetery in Vilonia by Roller-Owens Funeral Home of North Little Rock.
