Lee Dryden, 80, 810 North C. St., Rogers, died Nov. 28 in Rogers Memorial Hospital. Born April 30, 1897, in Benton County, he was the son of Nathaniel James and Malissa Hayden Dryden and a lifetime resident of the Pleasant Hill community. He was a retired lineman for Southwestern Bell Telephone Co. and worked for many years for Frisco Railroad. He was a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church and the Masonic Lodge.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Georgia Dryden of the home; one brother, Rice Dryden, Bentonville; and several nephews and nieces.

Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Sunnyside Baptist Church, Rogers, with the Rev. Harold Sadler officiating. Burial will be in Tuck's Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Burns Funeral Home of Rogers. Visitation hours are 6-8 p.m. today in the chapel of Burns Funeral Home.
