Section 19, Township 9 South, Range 21 West
The Cemetery is located 6 1/4 miles south of Okolona on Highway 51. The sign in the picture says Rome Cemetery, which is how it has always been known. It is the Old Rome Cemetery. There is another Rome cemetery on the same road and is Rome Cemetery (African American). There are many many graves marked with rocks. There are many metal markers where the info is gone.
There are also 2 wooden headstones. The cemetery is fenced and maintained.
