Mr. Ralph D. Graf, of Mulberry(Crawford County), Arkansas, died Saturday, February 21, 2009, in a local hospital. Mr. Graf was 89 years, 1 month and 21 days old. He was the son of the late Joseph and Martha Graf. Mr. Graf was a retired postal worker; a member of the 1st Baptist Church of Mulberry; a United States ARMY veteran of World War II(he received the Purple Heart); and a loving husband/father/grandfather.
Mr. Graf was preceded in death by his parents; his wife: Katherine; a son: Donald Joe Graf; a sister: Bernice McKinney; and a brother: J.E. Graf.
He is survived by his daughter: Donna Moore and her husband: Jimmy, of Mulberry, Arkansas; a son: Paul J. Graf, of Chantilly, Virginia; a brother: Eugene Graf and his wife: Carol, of North Augusta, South Carolina; two precious grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a host of friends.
Funeral services were held on Tuesday, February 24, 2009, at Edwards Van-Alma Chapel. Burial was held at the New Cemetery in Mulberry, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were: Harry Keifer, Doug McKinney John Parrish, Sam Kizer, James Carty, and David Beneux.

Katherine Graf, 88 of Mulberry was born June 29, 1919 and she died September 10, 2007 in Van Buren.

She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church of Mulberry.

She was preceded in death by a son, Donald Joe Graf.

She was survived by her husband, Ralph of the home; one daughter, Donna Moore of Mulberry; one son, Paul Graf of Chantilly, Va; one brother, Dale Morse of Mulberry; two grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at New Cemetery in Mulberry.
