England - Maude Hall Boggess, age 90, a long time resident of England, died at a North Little Rock hospital February 3, 2005, after a lingering illness at a nursing home. "Miss Maude" was a former teacher of English, Literature, and Sepecial Education at Central, England, Vanndale and Wynne. She was a member of England First United Methodist Church and the Eastern Star at Wynne. She is survived by two nieces, Kitty Wimberly (Gilbert) of Wright and Pat Edwardss (Don) of Wynne; and Bertha "Bert" Williams of Allport, a faithful helper and friend for 30 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Boggess, former Superintendent of Schools at Vanndale and Central; a son, Jimmy Boggess Sr. of England, and a grandson, Jimmy Boggess, Jr. of Coy; and three brothers.
A Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 12th at Roller-England Funeral Home by Rev. Rich Mitchell. Private interment wll be at Cogbill Cemetery at Wynne at a lzster date. You may sign the on line guest book at www.rollerfuneralhomes.com/england.
