Mrs. Elizabeth Welch Taylor, aged 81, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Parker Brown, Saturday April 18, 1931 at 11:30 a.m. She was a member of the Baptist church since age 18. She married James Lewis Taylor near Hamburg in Ashley County, AR on January 18, 1880. She is survived by the following children: Mrs. J. J. (Eva) McMurry of Banks, Mrs. W. P. (Mary) Brown of Warren, Hugh Taylor of Little Rock, Robert S. Taylor, Rev. Marvin N. Taylor and John L. Taylor of Warren, Mrs. Clovis (Mollie) Boykin of Hamburg, and Jack Word, a half brother of Crossett.
