Born September 12, 1938, in Bellfontaine, Ohio, he was the son of the late James Harold and Helen Marie Reams Foulk and also preceded in death by two sisters, Evangiline Hurst and Carolyn Sorka.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Sharon Wood Foulk of Dover, sons Denny Foulk of Dover and Tony Foulk of Carthage, NC, daughters Edna Led of Carthage, Denise Maddox of Freeport, TX and Judy Patton of Clarksville, 12 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, brother James Foulk and sisters Joann Butterfield, Georgia Enos, Betty Schrand, and many nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers were Joseph Foulk, Joshua Foulk, Brandon Hentschel,Patrick Patton, Mark Hawthorne, Jonathon Cola
Honorary Pallbearers were Gary Wood, Cody Cola,George Shroyer, Bob Aldrich
