Konrad Lickel, 88, of Dover, died Wednesday, November 15, 2006 at his home. The son of Johann and Anna Kehl Lickel, he was born August 20, 1918 in Hrastovac, Yugoslavia. He married Esther (Tackett) Lickel, on October 13, 2001 at Dover. He retired after 30 years as a Maintenance person at a Machine Shop in Wisconsin. He was a member of the Dover Assembly of God Church. He was preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Maria Lickel and a daughter, Anna Seymour and several brothers and sisters.
He is survived by his wife, Esther Lickel of Dover; son, Konrad Lickel, Jr. & wife Erika of Dover; two grandchildren, Michael Seymour & wife Nadene of Plainview, Wisconsin, Sherri Gerstner & husband Eric of Fon du Lac, Wisconsin; two great grandchildren; three sisters, Christine Bierer of Austria, Katherina Osterreicher of Austria, Elizabeth Fink of Dover; three stepsons, Bill Carter & wife LyDonna of Appleton, Bob Carter & wife Louise of Russellville, Dale Carter & wife Judy of Conway; stepdaughter, Janey Hilburn & husband James of Repulic; ten step-grandchildren; ten step great-grandchildren.
