LOWELL-- William Lloyd "Bill" Arnold, 49, of Lowell died Nov. 22, 1999, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. He was born March 7, 1950, at Sand Point, Idaho, to John Noel and Mary Eugenia Mathis Arnold. He was an employee of Southwest By-Products and an Army veteran. He was a member of the Faith Full Gospel Church in Springdale and enjoyed fishing and camping.
Survivors include two brothers, Robert Arnold of Klamath, Idaho, and John Arnold of Laurel, Miss.; one half brother, Neil Hawkes of Kamiah; three half sisters, Betsy Jordan of Clarkston, Wash., Louella Johnson of Winnemucca, Nev., and Rebecca Queary of Springdale.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday at Mount Olive Cemetery near Kingston with the Rev. Kelly Yarbrough officiating. Arrangements are by Brashears Funeral Home of Huntsville.
Pallbearers will be Bruce Walburn, Dennis Reed, Willie Rhine, John Arnold, Bobby Ragains and Don Kester.
