Homer Lee Mohlke, 86, of Jamestown died Tuesday, September 8, 2009 at White River Medical Center in Batesville. He was born Saturday, June 30, 1923 in Jamestown and was the son of James Christopher and Minnie Mae (Davis) Mohlke. Homer was a retired chicken farmer and was of the Methodist faith. He is survived by his sister, Lois Mohlke of Jamestown; and many nieces, nephews and friends. Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday at Jamestown Cemetery with Bro. Steve Long officiating. Pallbearers will be Michael Moody, Aaron Moody, Gregory Mohlke, Erik Mohlke, Braxton Roach, Bobby Gilmore. Honorary pallbearers are James Roach, Jack Mohlke, Gifford Mohlke, Glen Mohlke, Joshua Mohlke, Jordan Mohlke, Glen Mohlke, Carol Mohlke, Odell Moody, and Dr. Ron Bates.
