Dencil Phillip Gilbert, 91, Alco entered into rest January 20, 2007 at Mtn View.
He was born November 10, 1915 in Alco, Arkansas to Johnie and Amanda (Treat) Gilbert.
He is survived by his wife, Gussie (Rorie) Gilbert; two sons, Guy Brent Gilbert and wife Geneda of Harrison and Joe Gilbert and wife Melanie of Timbo; a daughter, Peggy Kilpatrick and husband Emil of Bella Vista; a brother, Buel Gilbert and seven grandchildren; Tammy, Amy, Lana, Laurie, Bo, Guila, and Cory and fourteen great-grandchildren as well as a host of relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and one sister.
Pallbearers were Cory Gilbert, Bo Gilbert, Mark George, Richie Norris, Dave Richie and Brad Fulks.
Honorary pallbearers were Amy Richie, Lana George, Laurie Harrison, Guila Norris and Tammy Moore.
Gussie Gilbert, 79, Timbo entered into rest on March 22, 2008 in Timbo.
Gussie was born December 15, 1928 in Big Flat, Arkansas to Ulis Guy and Clara (Stewart) Rorie. .
She is survived by her sons, Guy Brent Gilbert and wife Geneda of Harrison and Joe Gilbert and wife Melanie of Timbo; one daughter, Peggy Kilpatrick and husband Emil of Bella Vista; seven grandchildren, Tammy, Amy, Lana, Laurie, Bo, Guila and Cory; fourteen great-grandchildren and two sisters, Katy Gower, Salem, Arkansas and Lucille Williams of Lonoke, Ark.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Dencil; one sister and one brother.
Pallbearers Cory Gilbert, Bo Gilbert, Dave Richey, Mark George, Howard Harrison and Richie Norris and honorary pallbearers are Amy Richey, Lana George, Laurie Harrison, Tammy Moore and Guila Norris.
