Raymond Galbreath age 91 went home to be with the Lord on April 24, 2007. He was born June 25, 1915 to John and Lela (Bolen) Galbreath. He is preceded in death by his parents, one brother Jack and one sister Evelyn Keith.

He was a Christian and a member of the Masonic Lodge and Army Veteran. While he was in the Army he played football.

His family was important to him. He enjoyed fly fishing, squirrel hunting, and gardening. He did not waste anything from his garden he even kept the seeds from his tomato plants to use the next year. He loved to carve fishing lures from wood and metal and to whistle. He also loved Gospel, Folk, Blue Grass and Country music.

Survivors include three sons: Jerry from Indianapolis, Indiana, Ricky and Rusty from Leslie, Arkansas, one daughter: Karen Hutcherson from Leslie, Arkansas, two brothers: Herbert Galbreath from Birmingham, Alabama and TC Galbreath from Springville, Alabama and one sister: Bertie Thorne from Chattanooga, Tennessee and eight grandchildren and twenty great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be Friday April 27, 2007 from 6--8 PM at Roller Coffman Chapel. Services will be Saturday April 28, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Roller Coffman Chapel with Junior Cole officiating. Pallbearers: Heath Horton, Sean Horton, Adam, Tony, and Jay Galbreath, and Jason McKinney. Burial will be in the Kuykendall Cemetery in Leslie, Arkansas by Roller Coffman Funeral Home of Marshall.
