SHERIDAN — Rufus Henry Null Jr, 85, of Sheridan died Sunday in Hot Springs. He was born Aug 5, 1922, in Greensboro, NC, to the late Rufus Henry and Mary Lazette Potter Null Sr. Mr. Null served in the United States Army during World War II. On Sept 15, 1945, he married Mora Lee Johnson in Benton, Ark. He was employed with the Pine Bluff Arsenal as an electrician. Mr Null was a member of Hardin Baptist Church and Disabled American Veterans. Survivors include his wife, Mora Lee Null of Sheridan; daughter, Arla Vee Kaintz of Sheridan; two grandchildren, Steve and Scott Barnes, both of Warren; and a great-granddaughter, Mallory Barnes. He was preceded in death by six brothers and four sisters. Graveside services will be at 2 pm Wednesday in Lost Creek Cemetery at Sheridan. Funeral arrangements are by Buie Funeral Home of Sheridan.
