Glen Branscum, 82, of Mtn. View entered into rest on April 5, 2011 in Mtn. View.
Glen was born November 26, 1928 in Okemah, Oklahoma to Herby and Clara (Gammill) Branscum.
He is survived by his wife Nellie (Tury) Compton Branscum whom he married April 10, 1981; and four sons, Roger Branscum, David Branscum Allen Branscum and Robin Branscum, several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; brothers, Jerry Branscum, Herby Branscum, Jr., Gid Branscum; sisters, Martha Mealer, Nelbie Richardson, Ruth Ratchford, Grace McDermont and a host of other loving relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents; Herby and Clara Branscum; his first wife, Imogene Butler Branscum; sons, Frankie and Gale Branscum, sister Gennetta Gammill, brothers, Sterlin Branscum and Landon Branscum and two infants.
Pallbearers were David Branscum, Earnie Rice, Jimmy Nelson, Greg Branscum, Larry Branscum and Shane Branscum. Honorary pallbearers are Richard Hempel, Jimmy Butler, Jerry Butler, J.E. Trammell, Russell Branscum and Dr. Andy.
