This cemetery is located about one half mile east of Columbus, one-quarter mile north of highway 73 on property owned by Elmer Myers.
The following information comes from "Hempstead County, Arkansas Cemeteries, Book 5" published by The Hempstead County Genealogical Society of Hope, Arkansas.
Crabtree Family Cemetery could have been the name of the cemetery. There are three markers for 1846, one being Margaret D Crabtree, wife of William Crabtree who owned the land at that time. When he sold the land, the deed referred to the Crabtree Place.
Stewarts and Clendenins are buried in a family section which is enclosed by a chain link fence.
