Native of This County Dies at Batesville Friday
Mrs. Francis Adams, a native of this county, but for the past several years a resident of Oklahoma and Batesville, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Pearson Davis in Batesville, Friday January 17, at the age of 79.
Deceased was the wife of the late Jesse Adams. She had been a member of the Christian Church since the age of 17.
The funeral was held at Wayland Arbor Sunday, services being conducted by Rev. Y. Whitfield of Pineville.
Survivors include three sons, J. F. Adams of Jordan, Ark., Truman Adams of Garber, Okla., and C. A. Adams of Cameron, Mo.; four daughters, Mrs. Nancy Carr, Bartlesville, Okla., Mrs. Fannie Baker, Elizabeth, Ark., Mrs. G. P. Conn, Minco, Okla., and Mrs. Davis of Batesville.
