Obituary
Pearl Naomi Tolley Barnes, age 88 passed away Thursday, May 12, 2011, at her daughters home in Floyd, Arkansas. She was born March 28, 1923, in White County Arkansas to the late Samuel Chatman and Bessie Fairfield Tolley. She is preceded in death by her husband, Arthur Samuel Barnes, three sisters, May Barnes, Buelah Banks and Daisey Tolley, one brother, Billy Tolley and one grandson, Kenny Mason. She was a long time resident of the Auvergne community, retired from Revere. She was of the Baptist faith. Pearl enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting and camping. She is survived by three daughters and one son, Shirley Barnes and Ellis Davis of Floyd, Pat Barnes and Tom Mason of Bradford, Angela Barnes and Steve Rushing of Wynne, Donald and Diane Barnes of Springville, Tennessee, eight grandchildren, thirteen great grand children and one great great grandchild. Arrangments were by Dillingers Funeral Home of Newport.
Interment was at Sandhill Cemetery, Auvergne, Arkansas.
Pallbearers were Bobby Walton, Tommy Mason, David Mason, Dennis Davis, Preston Mann, Don Barnes, Justin Barnes and Ricky Barnes.
