Obituary:
Graveside services held by Howard Funeral Home of Calico Rock on Tuesday, March 30th, Terry Sanders officiating. Pallbearers were Paul Simmons, Jarrod Simmons, David Simmons, Bob Parnell, John Duggins, and Frank Tilley.
Vance was son of James "Buck" & Annie Pruitt; grandson of Felix Jack Pruitt; g-g-grandson of David Elisha Pruitt. He is survived by wife, Betty, one son, Rex Pruitt of Mountain Home, two daughters; Deanna Vancine Wyatt of Ozark, MO and Leisa Gale Stephens of Mountain Home, two sisters; Joyce Davis and Greta Hall of North Little Rock, and grandchildren; Misty Joe Smith of Ozark, MO, Justin and Bryon Pruitt of Broken Arrow, OK, Paul, Jarrod, and David Simmons of Mountain Home, and Maria Perron of Claremore, OK.
Vance was a retired boilermaker of Local Union 83 of Kansas City, MO.
