July 10, 1866 - August 15, 1922
Magnolia, Aug. 16, Mrs. Sallie Young McNeill died at her home here Tuesday morning, following an illness of several weeks. Mrs. McNeill had recently undergone an operation for appendicitis. She was brought to her home here last week. Surviving her are her husband, J. C. McNeill, five daughters, Mrs. W. J. Harrington of this city, Mrs. Jack Machen of Little Rock, Mrs. John H. Stuart of Wisconsin, Misses Margaret and Elisabeth McNeill of this city; two sons, John, Jr and William, both of this city. The funeral was held today. (Arkansas Democrat - August 16, 1922)
