Judith "Judy" Lynn Havlik, age 54, of Perry, passed away Thursday, October 4, 2007. She was born July 17, 1953 in Oak Park, Illinois, a daughter of the late Edward N. Hora. Judy was a Nursing Home administrator for 23 years, and Medicare Medicaid specialist for Arkansas Department of Health and Human Services. She was also a member of American Dietetic Association, Arkansas Diabetic Educators Association, and the Perryville United Methodist Church.
Judy is survived by her husband, Neil Havlik of Perry; sons, Nathan Havlik of Conway, and Danny Havlik of Perry; her mother, Muriel Hora of Morrilton; brother, Randy Hora of Olive Branch, Mississippi; sister, Joan Kuehn of Missoula, Montana;
Funeral services 10:00 a.m. Monday, October 8, at Perryville United Methodist Church with Rev. David Baker officiating. Burial at Perry Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends 4:00-5:00 p.m. Sunday, at the funeral home.
