Raymond E. "Buster" Stain, age 61, of Petit Jean Mountain, Arkansas, passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2008. He was born November 19, 1946 in Houston, Arkansas, a son of the late Raymond M. Stain and Ethel Dail Forrester Stain. He was retired from the maintenance department at Am Tran in Conway.
He is survived by his brothers, Eric Stain of Atkins, and David G. Stain of Montana; one sister, Mary Ann England Humphreys of Perryville; sister-in-law, Mary Stain Lenard of Perry; Uncle, Pete Forrester (Pat) of Harris Brake; Aunts, Uncles, nieces and nephews. Other than his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, Joe Stain, two daughters, Sheryl Ann and Vivian Dail Stain.
Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 3, at the Harris Chapel with Bro. Stan Wallace officiating. Burial will be at Perry Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday, at the funeral home.
