PRAIRIE GROVE — Pauline Snow Whitsitt Atercrombie, 76, of Prairie Grove died Sept. 4. 1999, at Washington Regional Medical Center in Fayetteville. She was born Nov. 19, 1922, in Fayetteville to E.B. and Gladys Morton Whitsitt. She was a member of the Christian Church of Prairie Grove and the Order of the Eastern Star.

Survivors include her husband, George Abercrombie of the home; two sons and daughters-in-law, Robert Abercrombie and Betty of Bella Vista and Randy Abercrombie and Judy of Fayetteville; one daughter and son-in-law, Gladys Jane Owens and John of Fort Wayne, Ind.; eight grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Christian Church in Prairie Grove with Monte Shoemake and Bob Hughey officiating. Burial will be in Rutherford Cemetery under the direction of Luginbuel Funeral Home of Prairie Grove.

The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Masons Robin Casey, Greg Harger, Corbin Wood, Phil McCoy, Dale Miller and Jim Bell.

Memorials may be made to the Prairie Grove Masonic Lodge Scholarship Fund, P.O. Box 207, Prairie Grove, 72753, or to the Rutherford Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 85, Prairie Grove, 72753.
