Mrs. Qulia Doughty Shaddox, age 74,of McKinney, Texas, passed away July 30, 2007, at Presbyterian hospital in Allen, Texas. She was born October 24, 1932 to Earl Thomas and Ruth (Cragar) Doughty, in Thornburg, Arkansas. On June 1, 1952, she married Robert Shaddox and was a lifelong wife and homemaker. She is survived by her husband, Bob of McKinney, Texas; sons Robert C. and his wife Julie of Houston, Texas, Tom and his wife Brenda of Plano, Texas; grandchildren Lauren, Julie, Neil and Elin; sisters Gloria Blakeney, Roena Yount and Karen Trammel; brothers, Cragar, Ben and Joe Doughty. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 1, 2007, at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Dennis George, officiating. Interment will be held Friday, August 3, 2007 at Thornburg Cemetery in Thornburg, Arkansas at 10:00 a.m.
