Ernest Sanders

Ernest Sanders, age 67, of Pineville, Arkansas, died May 16, 1973, in the Calico Rock Medical Center.

He was a retired farmer, and was a resident of this county all his life and was affiliated with the Presbyterian Church.

Survivors include: his wife, Lona Sanders of the home; three sons, Joe of Mtn. Grove, Mo.; Todd of Dolph, Ark.; Jim of Fayetteville, Ark.; one daughter, Mrs. Faye Neal of Dolph, Ark.; 11 grandchildren; one great-grandson; four brothers, all of Dolph, Ark., Tim Sanders; Pat Sanders; C. C. Sanders; and Roy Sanders; one sister, Ada Griggs of Mt. Pleasant, Arkansas.

Funeral service was Friday, May 18, 1973, at 2:00 p.m. in Wayland Arbor Church. Burial was in Wayland Arbor Cemetery, Dolph, Arkansas. Rev. Bontuger, Rev. Remmel Rowden and Rev. Garland Skidmore officiating.

Note: The obituary indicated that burial was in the Wayland Arbor Cemetery. Burial was actually across the road in the Dolph Baptist Cemetery.
