Charles Edward Dockins son of Bartholomew Gazaway Dockins and Louisa (Robins) Dockins. Minnie Bell (Smith) Dockins daughter of James Larkin Smith and Elvira Elizabeth Casandra "Bettie" (Newman) Smith. Charles and Minnie each were born in Izard County, Arkansas and died in Calico Rock, Izard County, Arkansas.

Minnie Bell Dockins
Minnie Bell Dockins, age 89, of Dolph, Arkansas died November 26, 1973, in the Calico Rock Medical Center.
She was a resident of Izard County all of her life, and a Baptist.
Survivors include two sons, Theodore Dockins of Dolph, Ark.; Charlie Dockins of Indiana; three daughters, Carrie Owens of Forty Four, Ark.; Velma Sanders of Dolph, Ark.; Zela Sanders of Dolph, Ark.; 36 grandchildren; 3 step-grandchildren; 84 great-grandchildren; 5 step-great-grandchildren.
Funeral service was held Thursday, November 29, 2:00 p.m. in Wayland Arbor Church. Interment in Wayland Arbor Cemetery near Dolph, Ark.
Pallbearers were: Ronnie Dockins, Jr. Owens, Darrell Owens, Rex Dockins, Bobby Sanders, and Glenn Sanders.
Arrangements were by Howard's Funeral Home.
Note: The grave is actually in the Dolph Baptist Cemetery which is across a road from the Wayland Arbor Cemetery.
