Thednal Rex "Teddy" Dockins, son of Rex Dockins of Calico Rock and Connie Baker of Calico Rock, was born November 15, 1967 in Salem. He departed this life on August 23, 2009 at his home in Calico Rock, at the age 41 years.
He was united in marriage to Dawn Chick on September 21, 1989 in Lakeview.
Teddy is survived by his wife of 19 years: Dawn Dockins of the home; two sons; Christopher Turner of Corpus Christi, TX and Garrett Dockins of the home; his father and stepmother; Rex and Carolyn Dockins and their children; Cheyanne and Dawnisa of Calico Rock; his mother; Connie Baker of Calico Rock; two brothers and a host of other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his brother Shawn Collins; his maternal grandparents: Hoyd and Barbara Sanders; his paternal grandparents; Theodore and Arcie Rhea Dockins.
Funeral service was August 26 at the Calico Rock Funeral Chapel with Jay Stowe officiating. Burial was at Wises Chapel Cemetery under the direction of Eddie's Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.
