Phyllis Diana Burks, 53, of Walnut Ridge, died Dec. 2, 2006, at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
She had lived in the Walnut Ridge area most of her life. She was a homemaker and a member of the Full Life Gospel Church of Black Rock.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Leslie Dian Burks; her parents and a stepmother.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Burks; three daughters, Malisa Riley, Black Rock, Barbara Cox, Walnut Ridge, Paula Nixon, Cherokee Village; and 12 grandchildren.
Funeral will be Thursday at 2 p.m. at House-Gregg Funeral Home with Wayne Bryant officiating. Burial will be in Kelly's Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Ron Rogers, Clyde Freeman Jr., Bob Burks, Mike Burks, Gordon Graddy, Wendell Davis, Charles Duncan and Bill Pickerd.
Visitation is tonight from 5 to 8 at the funeral home.
