BENTON – Wilburn Lee “Pete” Neeley, 91, of Benton, died Monday, Jan. 11, 2010, in a Malvern hospital.
Born Aug. 8, 1918, in Nimrod, to John and Idabell Neeley, he was a U.S. Army World War II veteran and member of Fairplay Missionary Baptist Church. He was predeceased by his first wife, Lloyce Sandford Neeley; two brothers; four sisters; two daughters, Pam Davis and Shirley Harris; and two grandsons, Tony Rice and James Fain.
