April 16, 1898 - June 17, 1971
William Worth Oliver, 73, of Hampton died in his home Thursday night. He was a retired drag line operator, a Mason, a veteran of WWII and a Presbyterian. Survivors include a sister, Miss Elsie Rabun of Hampton. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday at Camp Ground Presbyterian Church near Hampton with burial in the church cemetery. Proctor's is in charge of arrangements. (Camden News - June 18, 1971)
