Mrs. Lucy Harvey, 83 of Bluff City, died Saturday morning in Hillcrest Nursing Home at Prescott. She was a lifelong resident of Bluff City and a member of the Church of Christ. She is survived by two sons, Herbert Harvey of Piedmont, Mo., and James A. Harvey of Providence, R.I.; three brothers, J. E. Barlow of Bluff City, W. E. Barlow and Jeff Barlow of Prescott; one sister, Mrs. S. C. Neal of Indianapolis, Ind., and eight grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Monday at 3 p.m. at the Church of Christ in Bluff City with burial in the church cemetery. Proctors is in charge of arrangements. (Camden News - September 21, 1970)
