Marion Aubrey Tucker, 83, of Douglasville, Ga., previously of Texarkana, Ark., died Sunday, March 21, 2004, in a Douglasville hospital.
Mr. Tucker was born January 2, 1921, in Montague County, Texas. He was retired from the U.S. Navy and Cooper Tire and Rubber Company, a Mason, a member of Anchor & Ark Lodge 1027, Waukegan, Ill., and a World War II veteran.
Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Ed Stockdale of Douglasville; three brothers, Wayne Tucker of Bonners Ferry, Idaho, Don Tucker of San Antonio and Tommy Tucker of Las Vegas; one sister, Patricia Curry of Abilene, Texas; and one aunt, Ruth Herrell of Portland, Oregon.
Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday in East Memorial Gardens with the Rev. Roy Edwards officiating.
Burial will be under direction of East Funeral Home, downtown. Visitation will be 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday and 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
